Time Management

• 30/30: You set up a list of tasks and a length of time for each of them.  When you start the timer, it will tell you when to move onto the next task.  Available on iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch.
• ADHD Alarm: This app prompts the user to enter personal routines, along with an estimate of time for each task.  The app then asks you to enter the time of the relevant appointment and how late you were the day before.  Based on this data, we've created a formula to automatically set the clock for the time that you need to start your routine, in order to be on time for your appointment.  Available on iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch.
