Housing Accommodations Process Students wishing to request special consideration in the room assignment process due to a disability or a health related condition, please review the documenation below.
Once you have read the documentation, you can make your request using the Housing Accommodation Request form linked below.
If you are new student who has completed this form through the New Student Checklink in Canvas no further steps are needed.

Request for Housing Accommodations
If you are planning to request Housing Accommodations please keep in mind the following deadlines:
Returning Students (for the following academic year): March 1
New Students (entering in the Fall semester): June 15
New Students (entering in the Spring semester): January 1
New students requesting housing accommodations should complete the Housing Accommodations request in the New Student Forms section of the portal and also submit the Healthcare Documentation for Housing Request form linked below.
