Students who are requesting accommodations from the Office of Disability Services should register with the office by completing the form linked below.  Students registering with the Office of Disability Services will also need to provide appropriate documentation that describes the disability and the need for academic accommodations and/or auxiliary aids. Documentation guidelines can be found to the right and all documentation can be sent to disabilityservices@curry.edu .
