Main responsibilities include connecting Faculty Center priorities and directions with institutional objectives via Academic Affairs; collaborating with Excellence in Teaching and other Committees; overseeing Center operations, staff, and funding; supporting the training and professional development of Center personnel; assessing Center effectiveness; and reporting to stakeholders (faculty, senior staff, foundations and funding agencies, other external groups).

Amanda Crabb, Administrative and Technology Assistant.
Provides a consistent presence in the Innovation Lab, coordinates scheduling for the Center, and manage Center resources and assessment data. She also has the distinction of the longest official job title at the Center.

Dian is responsible for supporting and assisting faculty and staff in seeking, obtaining, and administering grant-funded research, sponsored projects, and fellowships. Among others, she has recently helped facilitate successful proposals to the Davis Educational Foundation, AAC&U's Bringing Theory to Practice Program, and the Promise of Nursing for Massachusetts Grant Program.
