There is a Blackboard synchronization process syncing Banner to Blackboard that runs five times daily at: 6:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM, and 11:00 PM. This process takes approximately 2 hours from start to finish. That means if a student is registered in a class (in Banner) around 10:30AM, the process that runs at 11:00 AM will sync the information with Blackboard and by 1:00 PM the student should be enabled in blackboard.
