It is not unusual to have 24 hour waits during the busy times of the year. Plan your assignments accordingly and please be patient during this end of semester rush.
When using Blackboard there have been intermittent system outages for faculty and student users. // Access should be restored to all users.
Great news! If you are interested in merging enrollment of your Blackboard course sections, you can perform the process through the portal. Access the utility here. Please do not confuse this process with the XList courses provided for cross-listed sections.
If you are registered to teach a cross-listed course, a combined enrollment course has been created for you. The Course ID will have XList as an identifier, for example: 201109_XList_UL_12345. If you make the other sections unavailable, students will be funneled into the correct XList section in Blackboard. Directions for making courses unavailable arehere. If you need to modify your My Courses panel to show course IDs, you can find the stepshere.
The Mashup YouTube tool gave a 500 error. YouTube made some changes to its code on Monday, January 24th 2011. It would appear this has been done so that their advertising can't be shut down. When you set a YouTube video to display inside a Blackboard page an error occurs because YouTube wants the whole screen. // This has been resolved with service pack 5.
Course Announcements Email Notification issue: placing a check mark in the box to Send Email to all users did not send the email. // Override User Notification Settings have been restored and this issue have been resolved.

System wide issue with Blackboard course copied files; they are not opening for student users. // This has been resolved with service pack 5.
